- Steps:
- Convert: Weight = \\( 130 \times 0.453592 = 58.97 \\) kg
- Height: \\( (5 \times 12 + 4) \times 2.54 = 64 \times 2.54 = 162.56 \\) cm
- BMR: \\( 10 \times 58.97 + 6.25 \times 162.56 - 5 \times 25 - 161 = 589.7 + 1016 - 125 - 161 = 1319.7 \\) kcal
- TDEE: \\( 1319.7 \times 1.2 = 1583.64 \\) kcal
- Result: Daily Calories = 1583.6 kcal
